For Silvia Schneider, enjoying a Danube trout on an idyllic terrace with views of the Danube is a true moment of pleasure.
Where clear spring water flows down from the wooded banks of the Danube, those trout are raised, which are tasty and prepared with much love and can be enjoyed wonderfully on a terrace with a view of the Danube.
4-toque chef Richard Rauch has developed excellent alpine dishes for the Schladming-Dachstein region. Creative delicacies are conjured up together with the local innkeepers.
