Recipe of the region Salzburger Lungau
Ingredients for 4 persons
125 g butter
125 g floar
60 ml whipped cream
75 g sugar
raisins
Method
Melt the butter in a large pot. On a work surface, crumble the flour with the cream and slowly stir into the melted butter. Let the mixture simmer for about an hour. Stir in sugar and cook for 15 minutes, stirring continuously. Season with cinnamon, aniseed and some rum and stir in the raisins. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and let it cool down.
