This varied tour around South Tyrol’s number one ski mountain, Kronplatz, can be started flexibly in any of the surrounding villages – and can be cycled both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
The route takes the endurance cyclist past numerous idyllic villages and through the unspoilt nature of the Puster and Gadertal valleys. The ascent to the Furkel Pass (1,789 m) is particularly impressive: from there, an incomparable panorama of the valley below opens up.
There are many opportunities for a break along the route. In the villages, alpine huts, bars and restaurants invite you to fortify yourself with local delicacies and enjoy the view.
