Lenggrieser Seen-Runde to Sylvensteinsee and Walchensee
Demanding tour from Lenggries to Sylvensteinsee to Walchensee and back.
This challenging tour starts in Lenggries and leads partly on tarmac roads and cycle paths, field and forest tracks.
From Lenggries, follow the Isar cycle path southwards to Sylvensteinsee, passing Fall and Vorderriß until you reach Wallgau on the Isar cycle path. Keep right here and follow the Obernach Canal past the small Sachensee and Obernach until you turn right just before Einsiedl to cycle along the southern shore of Lake Walchensee to Niedernach on a flat stretch. After Niedernach, keep right and follow the Jachen downstream until you reach Mühle or Jachenau on the St 2072. After Jachenau, cycle through the wide valley of the Jachenau along the St 2072 until shortly after Fleckhaus and turn right again. After a short while, keep left again until you reach Leger and later Langeneck. From there back to Lenggries to the Isar bridge.
