
Ingredients for the Lungauer Rahmkoch
for 4 portions
- 125 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 60 ml whipping cream
- 75 g sugar
- Sultanas
Preparation of the Lungauer Rahmkoch
Melt the butter in a large pan. Crumble the flour with the cream on a work surface and slowly stir into the melted butter. Simmer gently for about an hour. Stir in the sugar and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Flavour with cinnamon, aniseed and a little rum and stir in the sultanas. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and leave to cool.
Lungauer Rahmkoch goes very well with coffee.
