The tour starts in Lenggries and runs along roads, cycle paths, field and forest tracks. From Lenggries, you follow the Isar cycle path southwards to Sylvensteinsee, passing Fall and Vorderriß to Wallgau. There, the path leads to the right along the Obernach Canal, past Sachensee and Obernach, to the turn-off to Einsiedl. Continue along the southern shore of Lake Walchensee to Niedernach, then turn right along the Jachen to Jachenau and back via Langeneck to Lenggries.
