Pleasure bike tour Thurgau
This leisurely circular tour takes you through the unique Thurgau countryside, past lush green meadows, fields and magnificent orchards.
The starting point for the pleasure bike tour is Romanshorn railway station, where you can hire a bike or e-bike if required. Then the enjoyable tour through Thurgau begins. Various Thurgau apple specialities await you in the farm shop of the apple farm - from traditional dried apple rings to apple chocolate, there is everything a cyclist's heart desires. The route continues in the direction of Steinebrunn. A culinary break with Thurgau specialities is recommended either in the organic farm restaurant Mausacker, in the historic moated castle Hagenwil or in the Seegasthof Schiff in Kesswil, located directly on the lake.
The Altnau apple trail, the show and educational garden and the oak trail in Güttingen are three themed trails and islands to discover along the route. At the end, you can cool off in the lido in Uttwil or with a drink in the new harbour restaurant at the finish.
