Olma Bratwurst aperitif sticks

Ingredients for the Olma Bratwurst Aperostängeli

  • 3 pcs. Olma sausage
  • Flour or rice starch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs
  • Frying fat or rapeseed oil
  • Dipping sauces to taste

Preparation of the Olma Bratwurst Aperostängeli

  1. Peel the Olma sausages and cut into 8 equal sized sticks.
  2. Turn in the flour, dip in the egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in the oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve with the dipping sauces.

Tip: The Olma sausages can also be cut into rolls and served breaded as a main course with chips and salad.
