Ingredients for the Olma Bratwurst Aperostängeli
- 3 pcs. Olma sausage
- Flour or rice starch
- 2 eggs beaten
- Breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs
- Frying fat or rapeseed oil
- Dipping sauces to taste
Preparation of the Olma Bratwurst Aperostängeli
- Peel the Olma sausages and cut into 8 equal sized sticks.
- Turn in the flour, dip in the egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in the oil until golden brown.
- Serve with the dipping sauces.
Tip: The Olma sausages can also be cut into rolls and served breaded as a main course with chips and salad.
