Reference
Franz Schubert and other artists were inspired in the Höldrichsmühle. In line with this tradition, the home-made Schubert Cake is a culinary inspiration from Schubert’s linden tree and also tastes deliciously sinful! And for the icing on the cake when the temperature starts to rise, serve it with a scoop of poppy ice cream on hot summer days to enjoy a deliciously cooling experience.
