    Wine Quarter Heuriger Spreads

    Ingredients for Cellar Jargon

    150 g "extra sausage"
    100 g Gervais
    50 g chilli peppers, mild
    70 g gherkins
    50 g mayonnaise
    1 tbsp ketchup, mild
    1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper

    Ingredients for potato cheese

    500 g potatoes, floury
    100 g sour cream
    70 g Gervais
    1 shallot
    Marjoram, parsley
    1 pc. garlic clove
    1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper

    Ingredients for quark spread

    3 pcs. Quargel
    30 g butter
    120 g curd cheese, low-fat
    100 g onion
    1 pinch of caraway, ground
    20 g parsley
    1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper

    Cellar Jargon

    1. First, mince the sausage and deseed and chop the peppers. Then, cut the pickles and chives into small pieces.
    2. Combine all the ingredients with the Gervais, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a bowl. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper and chill.

    Potato Cheese Spread

    1. Boil the potatoes in their skins the day before, then peel and grate them the next day.
    2. Add the sour cream, Gervais, shallot, marjoram, parsley, and pressed garlic clove, and season the mixture with a pinch of pepper and salt.
    3. Mix the mixture well and chill.

    Quargel Spread

    1. Begin by finely chopping the Quargel, onion, and parsley.
    2. Cream the room-temperature butter with a mixer.
    3. Now, place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them together, and chill the mixture.
