Pot dumplings with roasted apricots

Ingredients for the pot dumplings
250 g curd cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp flour
1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the butter crumbs
180 g butter
150 g white bread crumbs
Ingredients for the roasted apricots
500 g apricots
100 g sugar
Pot dumplings
Combine the ingredients for the curd cheese dough in a mixing bowl and stir well. Then chill for 1 hour. Now form dumplings with a tablespoon, place in boiling salted water and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Melt the butter and lightly brown the breadcrumbs in it. Roll the dumplings in it and serve on roasted apricots. Finally, sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
Roasted apricots
Cut the apricots into wedges and heat in a pan with the sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
