Apple “Kiachl”

Ingredients
4 apples
1 pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
125 ml milk
Cinnamon
2 tablespoons of rum
120 g flour
Icing sugar for sprinkling
2 eggs
Frying oil
Preparation Apple “Kiachl”
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into finger-width pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix together the flour, egg yolk, salt, milk, rum and beaten egg white to form a batter. Dip the apple slices in the batter and then cook them in hot oil until they are golden yellow. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
