Ingredients for the grey cheese round cakes
200 g grey cheese or quargel
100 g onion
120 g oat flakes
3 eggs
120 g sunflower seeds
Chives, parsley
Tarragon
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Crunch Topping
various seeds and nuts
Paradiso Herb Garden Lettuce
Fresh lamb's lettuce
Fresh herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water

Grey cheese round cakes
Finely chop the onion and fry until slightly brown. Mix together the grey cheese, onion, oats, eggs, sunflower seeds, chives, parsley and tarragon. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Leave the mixture overnight. The next day, form it into small round cakes and fry them until crispy on both sides.
Good to know: grey cheese and “Quargel” are both sour milk cheeses. They are a cheese tip for athletes and connoisseurs. Their low fat content and high protein content puts them in first place among the cheeses for athletes.
Crunch topping
Gently roast various nuts and seeds. Then drizzle over some cold pressed olive oil.
Herb garden salad
Slowly mix the marinade with a whisk until it becomes thicker. Mix with the salad shortly before serving.
