Ingredients for the Olma sausage sticks
3 pcs. Olma sausage
Flour or rice starch
2 eggs beaten
Breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs
Frying fat or rapeseed oil
Dip sauces to taste
Olma sausage sticks
1. Peel the Olma sausages and cut them into 8 equally sized sticks.
2. Turn in the floor, pull through the egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
3. Cook in frying fat until golden brown.
4. Serve with the dip sauces.
Tip: The Olma sausages can also be cut into rolls, breaded and served as a main course with chips and salad.
