Ingredients of the Apple wheels
Apples
200 ml milk
stiff flour
a pinch of salt
1-2 eggs
clarified butter
icing sugar
cinnamon
Preparation of the Apple wheels
1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut them into 1 cm thick wheels and place in water so that they don’t go brown.
2. Mix together the eggs, milk and salt.
3. Stir in the flour until you have a thick mixture.
4. Head the clarified butter in a frying pan.
5. Coat the apple wheels in flour and pull through the dough.
6. Slowly cook in the clarified butter until golden yellow.
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
