KochArt is an association of 20 landlords from the Kitzbühel Alps, who use regional and high-quality products wherever possible and also list them separately in their menus. Aim is to make the population as well as the guests of the region aware of local products and their quality. Together with local farmers, KochArt focuses on seasonal products and species-appropriate husbandry and breeding.
